Grew up in the 90's

I was once told, if you were born in the 80's you could't attend an 80's party. How true of a statement?? An 80's party should be celebrated for those who want to re-live that part of life. Although the 80's show great in pictures and the style I copy A LOT, I did grow up in the 90's. So 90's relived......
